For over twenty years, I’ve dedicated myself to training, coaching, and leading teams, transforming individuals into confident, compassionate leaders. In my own leadership journey, I  worked with many different leadership personalities. I chose qualities I liked, and discarded the ones that did not resonate.  I had to consider what kind of leadership style I was modeling for new and impressionable minds. I had to find my own personal “voice” and my personal leadership stamp.

To do that, I learned what really mattered to me, and I learned what I was like when it came to decision time – I chose to address the humanity, every time.

Much of my work has been in the area of change management. I have often been part of the party introducing the change, and having to convince people that adopting a new system, technology or way of working, is going to be for the better.
